Guiding the Heart of Meadows Law through Expertise, Diligence, and Commitment

Shawna worked as a freelance court reporter from 1999 to 2012. She had the privilege of travelling throughout Canada, including the Arctic, on some of her assignments. She transitioned into legal assistant work while living in Nova Scotia, working in private law and as the Chambers Clerk at the Nova Scotia Court of Appeal.

Shawna and Teresa met in 2011 and bonded after realizing they had both travelled to Baker Lake and Gjoa Haven, Nunavut. Shawna has been managing things at Meadows Law since its inception.

Shawna received a diploma from NAIT in the Legal and Realtime Reporting Program in 1999 and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce degree at MacEwan University.
